Millennials have it different, and that can be both a challenge & an opportunity...

Calling all Millennials!  Congrats! You’ve made it through college. Maybe even through grad school. You studied hard, and earned a fabulous degree in….something you will never…ever…use. Now, you’re waitressing, or working the same job you did throughout school, or stuck in some corporate cube-farm. Are you asking yourself, “Why did I even go to school? What was the POINT!?” You may move back home. You may go back to school. But you certainly didn’t think you’d feel like this…

You could be having a Quarter Life Crisis (a phrase coined by author Abby Wilner)!!! This is a new term for a new generation! We’ve followed the rules, we’ve gotten our degrees…and now we just don’t know what to do with ourselves, and can’t believe that no one will pay us what we’re worth. This can lead to feelings of anxiety, loss, and depression.

Maybe you’d like to take a five month vacation to Thailand to figure it all out…but making an appointment with me will actually get you real results, and a feeling of stability, along with learning some new things about yourself!  Personal growth with a therapist that "gets" millennials can lead to lasting change.
